More about Alex

After his time studying at University, Alex found his passion for creating novel solutions to complex problems. Alex worked in-house in a variety of design industries and gained extensive consultancy experience before co-founding Duku in 2013.

During his time as Managing Director, Alex has overseen 400+ projects to date in every sector imaginable, gaining a vast wealth of experience in taking projects from concept to production. Alex has recently led Duku’s expansion into the EV charging sector, acting as both Project Manager and Design Lead.

His work has so far delivered the world’s first pop-up EV chargepoints successfully trialled in over 60 sites across the UK, as well as Duku’s own innovative EV charger to address accessibility within the sector. Alex has considerable experience in integrating Electronics into both small consumer products through to large-scale industrial designs.
